Tight deadlines, a need to manage cost, and variations in shipping schedules and the weather ….and numerous other changeable components can make a significant difference to the risk management interaction with identical shipments, passing through identical ports or facilities in the hands of the same third- party participants. In this edition of Cargo Conversations, Russell Coombs, Andrew Corton and Gino Covello discuss the risk management of project cargo risks, and look at some of the things that can go wrong, how errors and oversights are identified and addressed through the project lifecycle, and what can be done to reduce or avoid repeat occurrences and ultimately improve longer term risk performance.

Project Cargo Risk Management – What can go wrong Pt.2

This is the second edition of Cargo Conversations looking at some of the things that can go wrong during the project cargo risk life cycle.
