Mr Jason Gibbons – Chief Operating Officer 

As the Chief Operating Officer of CSL Global Limited, Jason has almost 40 years in Marine Claims, Casualty and General Insurance Management in both the service sector and for multinational insurance companies as well as 20 years of operational business management. 

As a Director of CSL Global, Jason has a wealth of business management experience gained as one of the original founders of the business. As part of the CSL Management team, he has been responsible for and contributed to the
development and growth of the business, product development, business development and IT innovation for clients worldwide.

Originally working in the International Insurance market, Jason also has experience with insurance claims both marine and non-marine losses (sea, air, road and rail), project cargo, risk control, machinery breakdown, storage and maritime fires, claims litigation, contractual disputes, subrogation recoveries and personal accident and injury claims.

As an account manager for multinational clients, Jason has been responsible for negotiating directly with brokers, clients, carriers, carriers’ insurers and lawyers. He also has project management skills, practical knowledge and expertise in general and direct marketing, public relations, telemarketing, print and design as well as as IT product
development and web-based client solutions.

Mr Gino Covello – Director Global Project Cargo Services

Gino Covello is the Director of CSL’s Global Project Cargo Services. Responsible for operational management, development and coordination of Project Cargo & Technical Services surveys on a global basis.

As a Director of CSL Global, Gino possesses significant management experience. As part of the Global CSL Management team, he has been responsible for and contributed to the management, development and growth of the
business.

Gino served 22 years service in The Royal Air Force in the Supply & Movements Squadron. Responsible for total supply chain management from identification of requirements to final resolution. Included personnel management, global logistics utilising road, rail, air and sea freight, specialist cargo handling (e.g. explosives, weapon systems, munitions etc.), inventory control and supporting information technology. 17 years working with CSL managing cargo risk management programmes for large infrastructure development projects on a global basis utilising own personnel and extensive network. Well-known and respected in the London Project Cargo insurance market.
